RWJ Hamilton Appoints Lisa Breza Vice President & Chief Nursing Officer

HAMILTON, NEW JERSEY - Lisa Breza of Hamilton has been named vice president and chief nursing officer (CNO) at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital Hamilton (RWJ Hamilton).

As CNO, Breza is responsible for overseeing nursing within the hospital and driving patient satisfaction and quality outcomes related to patient care. An active participant in several hospital committees, Breza is a member of the Patient Satisfaction team, Medical Quality Council and Patient Safety Committee, to name a few.

Breza has been with RWJ Hamilton for more than 20 years, most recently serving as acting CNO of the hospital and executive director of the Cancer Institute of New Jersey Hamilton (CINJ Hamilton). During her tenure at the hospital, she has successfully led several departments, including outpatient services and the emergency department, as well as guiding the addition of the cardiac catheterization laboratory.

Outside of work, Breza is an active member in the community, volunteering her time for several local organizations.
