Heart Smart & Healthy - Cardiac Support Group
Join us for this multidimensional group experience aimed at improving and maintaining cardiac health. Participants will take part in a heart healthy cooking demonstration, a discussion on common issues associated with heart disease, and a question and answer period with one of our cardiac rehab nurses.
